CHISINAU, 2 February (BelTA) – companies of the Gomel oblast took part in the Made in Moldova exhibition. Belarusian producers found new partners to promote products to the Moldovan market, BelTA learnt from counselor for trade and economic issues of the Embassy of Belarus in Moldova Dmitry Samusevich.
For instance, the Gomel distillery will launch the deliveries of alcohol products to Moldova while the Kalinkovichi meat-packing plant is looking to start exporting canned meat. The Tanis company from Zhlobin jointly with Moldovan partners is organizing the deliveries of metallopolymeric cable. An agreement was reached to sell in Moldova mesh bags made by the Gomel trading equipment plant. Gomel-based Trud company agreed to increase the export of work and special-purpose footwear.
According to Dmitry Samusevich, meetings between Belarusian commodity producers and Moldovan partners within the framework of Moldova’s biggest exhibition have become an efficient instrument of establishing new business contacts and boosting Belarusian export to the Moldovan market.
The exposition of the Gomel oblast producers at the Made in Moldova exhibition was organized by the Gomel office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
